Tim's Tailgate BBQ Team was founded by Tim Pregler to do two things, RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITY and HAVE FUN. We are a group of friends and family based in Fort Worth, Texas and dedicated to good food, good fellowship and helping others.

Due to the time contraints of having "real" jobs, Tim's Tailgate BBQ Team usually only competes in six or seven events a year.  If there is a charity BBQ Competition in the DFW Metroplex, or the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, you'll probably find us there.

Tim's Tailgate BBQ Team is also available for select BBQ catering events for groups up to 200 and all profit goes to our favorite charity, Camp Craig Allen.  If you have a larger event that needs BBQ catering, please contact us.  We would be happy to refer you to some associates that could meet your needs.
